Increase exposure with our print and web package. Each of the packages below includes your selected print advertisement as well as a color Square Banner Ad (150px x 150px) that will appear on our website www.nthecc.org. Please reference design specs below for exact dimensions

Ad Application & All fields required
Note: Up to 10 directories will not incur a shipping fee. There is a $15 shipping fee for 11-16 directories, and a $25 shipping fee for any amount ordered beyond 16.

Please Note: In order to ensure high quality printing, all files must be the proper resolution.
The NTHECC is not responsible for the use of low-resolution files or incorrect content within ads we receive. 
Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.

THE DEADLINE FOR ADVERTISERS IS August 30th 2024

We, the undersigned, agree and understand that the National Truck & Heavy Equipment Claims Council, Inc.
retains the right to ACCEPT or REJECT any application for ad material submitted by your firm. 
We also understand and agree that the NTHECC retains the right to place your ad as it seems necessary and proper. 
Only a complete application, your ad and full payment will serve to reserve space in print or on the website.

PRINT ADVERTISING INFORMATION

Print Design Specs:

  • Half Page Ad Dimensions: 7.5"w x 4.75"h (no bleed allowed)
  • Quarter Page Ad Dimensions: 3.62"w x 4.75"h (no bleed allowed, Black & White only)
  • Front Inside Cover Dimensions: 7.75"w x 11"h (no bleed allowed)
  • Inside Back Cover Dimensions: 7.75"w x 11"h (no bleed allowed)
  • Back Cover Dimensions: 8.5"w x 11"h (Note: Bleed size is 8.75" x 11.25")

NOTE: In order to ensure high quality printing, all files must be print resolution at 300 dpi.

Accepted Print Advertising File Types:
  • Preferred: High Resolution (300 dpi) .PDF file with fonts embedded
  • Accepted: High Resolution (300dpi) .JPEG (CMYK or Grayscale)
